Established in 1997, Ditto Inc. professionals have provided specialty technology, business and cultural consulting to a variety of industries, including semiconductor and software companies. During 1994 through 1998, To develop the capital equipment for next generation geometry in mask making process, Ditto Inc assigned as project manager in U.S. between Intel and Japanese Semiconductor Equipment Company.

Initially TORU ISHIDO, principal of Ditto Inc, had proposed this project initially and carried it until 1998. During the project, Toru Ishido was in charge to manage the project, as well as involving each verification test. Ditto Inc attended and managed all of engineering meeting for both companies, including all technical translation. Ditto Inc provided the all service for negotiation, a general agreement, safety and environmental agreement, Specifications, with coordinating with attorney. Ditto Inc involved all transaction for successful installation of capital equipment.
